Restore

Could any one confirm me that can I restore only the Primary File Group from
the Full Back file.

If it was indeed a FULL backup then you can only restore the entire
database. If you want the ability to restore at the filegroup level you
must issue a filegroup backup. See Backup in BOL for more details.
